A lot of fans of the hit anime series, Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead, will have to wait a little longer as the upcoming episode will now stream on a later date, after a slight delay.

While the series' eighth episode is still slated to broadcast in Japan on September 17 as originally planned, fans from other parts of the world will have to wait an extra day for its digital release. This postponement is just one of many setbacks that have affected the anime's release.

The anime, which aired earlier this year, airs on JNN network in Japan, while Netflix, Hulu and Crunchyroll, usually stream the episodes in North America on the same day. This isn't the first time the series has faced streaming delays, several previous episodes have also been released on the platforms a day after their television broadcast.

Episode 4 was initially pushed to the next day, July 31, followed by episode 5's delay to August 13, as the original. Episode 7 also experienced a one day delay. While the post-production has been cited as the primary cause behind the missed deadlines, it's worth noting that episode 6's release was delayed a whole week by broadcasters, so it could align with the 2023 World Athletics Championship.

Zom 100 is adapted from Haro Aso and Kotaro Takata's horror-comedy manga of the same name.
