10 Mega Man

With Mario and Sonic under their belts, LEGO could do worse than to acquire another classic gaming legend like Mega Man. The Mega Man games are famous for having a variety of iconic Robot Masters waiting to fight Mega Man at the end of their creative and punishingly difficult themed stages. This formula is practically begging to be recreated with LEGO bricks and minifigures.

Another attractive aspect of Mega Man is just how many incarnations the series has undergone over the years. From the grim dystopia of Mega Man X to the vast cyber-space of Mega Man Battle Network, there is no shortage of material LEGO could draw from.

9 Pac-Man

Technically, a LEGO Pac-Man set already exists in the form of the adult-oriented LEGO Icons Pac-Man Arcade set. This impressive set builds a massive arcade machine that features a moving Pac-Man and ghosts inside. While this set is undoubtedly cool, Pac-Man has even more potential for LEGO sets.

With Pac-Man being all about mazes, LEGO bricks are the perfect medium to bring classic arcade stages to life. Even the newer Pac-Man World games are full of exciting set pieces and imaginative levels that would look great in LEGO form. While Pac-Man’s round body might be a bit tricky to translate to a minifigure, the possibilities would be well worth the effort.

8 Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout

With its bright colors, wild and wacky stages, and penchant for crossing over with pop-culture icons, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout would be a perfect match with LEGO. Fall Guys involves plenty of over-the-top obstacle courses framed as a game show. Any of these courses would look fantastic in LEGO form, and fans would love to build their favorite mini-games.

One of the biggest draws of Fall Guys is the titular Fall Guys themselves. Affectionately called “beans” by fans, the Fall Guys come in a wide variety of colors and can don any number of creative costumes. This makes them perfect for LEGO minifigures, and even grants the possibility of customization with snap-on and mix-and-match costumes.

7 Kingdom Hearts

With LEGO already having several Disney sets, a collaboration with Kingdom Hearts doesn’t seem completely unobtainable. Since a large part of Kingdom Hearts involves traveling to various Disney worlds, LEGO could easily pull that off. The biggest difference would be the featured characters.

In addition to iconic Disney characters, a LEGO Kingdom Hearts line would feature protagonist Sora doing battle with the insidious-looking Heartless. Since Sora has multiple forms, there is the potential for a collectible line of mini-figures. Kingdom Hearts also features several original locations like Traverse Town and Castle Oblivion, all of which would look great as LEGO sets.

6 Assassin’s Creed

While many Assassin’s Creed titles are rated M, LEGO has been experimenting with more adult sets. Even if they don’t restrict Assassin’s Creed sets to adults, it wouldn’t be the first time adult-oriented stories received children’s toys. Whatever audience they’re marketed to, Assassin’s Creed LEGO sets have tons of possibilities.

With a story spanning multiple moments of history with many iconic characters, Assassin’s Creed is fertile ground for many imaginative LEGO sets. From the Jackdaw to Leonardo da Vinci’s flying machine, there are all kinds of locations and moments that Assassin’s Creed fans would love to build with their own hands.

5 Banjo-Kazooie

While Banjo-Kazooie fans have been clamoring for a new game, few would complain about being able to build their favorite moments in LEGO form. The 3D platformer captured the hearts and minds of gamers during a time when 3D platformers ruled home consoles. With its creative levels and eclectic cast of characters, Banjo-Kazooie would make an excellent LEGO line.

Locales like Spiral Mountain and Freezeezy Peak would look absolutely fantastic in LEGO form. And minifigures based on Banjo, Kazooie, Mumbo, or Gruntilda would be sure to drive collectors into a frenzy. With the existence of the Animal Crossing LEGO line, there’s already a precedence for animal-themed mini-figures.

4 Final Fantasy

Aside from Mario, Final Fantasy is arguably the biggest name in gaming. With over 25 years of history, Final Fantasy has tons of fans who would love to rebuild their favorite moments in brick form. A rich history of stories, characters, and creatures means a LEGO Final Fantasy line has limitless ideas to work with.

There is no shortage of iconic scenes that would look outstanding recreated in classic LEGO style. Sets based on Cloud’s escape from Shinra or the Night of Flames are guaranteed to fly off the shelves. There would also be great potential for adult-oriented sets like Cloud’s Buster Sword or Kain’s iconic dragon-shaped helmet.

3 Crash Bandicoot

When it comes to zany characters interacting with boxes, few franchises come to mind faster than the legendary Crash Bandicoot. Crash Bandicoot features diverse levels and stages that are just as creative as they are hair-pullingly difficult. From jungle temples to rides on motor-powered surfboards to spaceships, Crash Bandicoot is already playing in a lot of the same spaces as LEGO.
